OK, I was listening carefully. Relaxed mind and no mental effort are too different things. Yes creativity works best with a relaxed mind, but it doesn't work at all with no mental effort. You have to set upon the task and get your mental motors running. I think he is using a hyperbole when he advocates "No mental Effort." No effort means not getting out of bed. I'm sure that's not what was meant, but for teaching difficult concepts, use of hyperboles is really bad and should be avoided.
How are you supposed to get a clear mental image without any mental effort? I'm not saying I don't agree, but I think your explanation needs to be clearer. Are you supposed to take action or not? I think it's important when you explain something to explain in the language of the people you're teaching. If I choose to create a clear mental image than I am taking action and therefore making a mental effort. Maybe you mean without stressful effort. Then you should say that and be clear.

Despite some cinematic errors this video is spot on. The biblical reference is OK, I have an intuition that other religious material make similar claims as in if you believe you have what you need or want you will have it is as relevant as the child/s observation.who saw immediately that the truck would become lower if there were no air in the tires...Sure the video was flawed, aren't we all flawed? But it got the points across! I give it an A+. The + is creating an imperfect yet clear video.

I don’t know about the continuous flow of ideas and energy and excitement, tempered with inability to sleep because the mind is too active and crackling with ideas being a characteristic of the superconscious mind. Personally, I am creative, I am working on exciting projects, I get all of the above and I am lucky if I sleep for four hours, I often get only two; In my case it is not a superconscious mind, I have BIPOLAR DISORDER which came in on the back of Multiple Sclerosis and here we are.

I was interested during the first part of this video and then it just kind of tapered off for me. The guy started saying concrete words like "it will." Talking like this stuff WILL happen. The combination of the chopped up videos from various networks and the bible reference made this video less and less credible for me.

Christians should do the same, and i do!
