It's nice, to be sure, and they really go at the piece like a whirlwind - but there's some trouble annunciating the fast "Dale-dale-beve-beve-grillo-gr­illo-canta" at the end of the first section, and it doesn't really get too much better in the repeats of it. I also understand they were trying to add variety and humour in the nasal quality of the call-and-response in the second repeat, but it kinda sounds out of place and unconvincing.

Still, aside from that, they stayed very well in tune! Nice!

Truly amazing, i am not even a fan of this type of music. I mean I like it just fine, but I don't look for it you know? But this song, I happened by an I was just captured. Yes but this is definitely a mistake, in the sources also! There are many in the originals. In Italian language and acient too, "Quando LA maggiore el caldo" is wrong and doesn't have any sense! The interpreters MUST understand what thay are singing!

Very clear. Between 1:02 and 1:04 there should be a rallentando. The tenor has a special good line at that point.

Josquin did not intend for a rallentando at that point, you are incorrect on that. This is a fairly good recording.

I feel a rallentando, certainly it's not a must. But how do you know what was Josquin's intention? There weren't any signs or words referring the performance at that time. Especially in a very light piece like this.
