It took Scott 1 year to train after being off the ice for 6 years so he could perform in the "Scott Hamilton Cares" cancer benefit in Ohio November 2009. Why off the ice for 6 years? Brain tumor. The man in just incredible. If you think you can't do something....just take a page from Scott Hamiltons book!
