In all honesty, I find this game to be one of the greatest I've ever played. The storyline was absolutely phenomenal, graphics are fantastic, plenty of things to do in the wild, and the multiplayer is pretty good as well.

I did not have high hopes for this game. My friends on WoW told me it would be PERFECT for me since there are collectible horses (yes, I'm a girl IRL...so sue me for liking animals..or for being a girl IRL...) and I have to say....20 minutes trying the game, and then I went and got it for my own console. This is by far one of the best games I've ever played, although the graphics on the PS3 kinda hurts my eyes after a while..not sure why (I have a HD tv)

And the standard is usually set by earlier games, not the ones in the future. And in comparison with other sandbox games, RDR and Fallout 3 packs a hell of a lot more heat. Personal opinion, of course.

@1989gamemaster Well I didn't get it on release sadly, but when I did get it, it didn't crash once. Maybe there was a patch released, but maybe there was a bug or too and the controls were OK. But COD has like loads of glitches and bugs but hardly any one downgrades it because of these (P.S not trolling COD, I'm a big COD fan)!

Rockstar has raised the bar so damn high that developers should just flat out be embarrassed to release their little six-hour single player campaign games. Think about Undead Nightmare. It was only 15 bucks, and it took longer to finish than most $60 games. That's pitiful. Voice acting, dialogue, graphics, storylines, atmosphere-Rockstar seriously has no real competition.

@TheBran1262 I loved the extra stuff you could do in GTA 4 but after playing RD I realize it's missing one thing, rope. I don't care if it only makes sense in the west, I want to have my next GTA character dragging people with rope or cord or wire, clutching through an open door, dragging them behind my speeding car. Hell even with his hands if that's the direction they go in.

Interrogation missions could be fun as hell if they had more options like that.
