No, I never have seen these animes. I started to use their attacks and attacks from other animes and they were finished and so cool but my PC cracked and I did not want to redo all of the attacks again. So there are no "attack scenes" like in the series but just the Particle Illusion effects.
It is explained in the movie. Sandy knows about her parents' powers. Her father created the Magic Crystal of metal with his powers and gave it to his daughter. So she became a Magical Warrior.
