ok so, i heard this song by K-on! and i thought this song is familiar, so i watched this video and i remember! this is the song my dad used to sing years back! (yes I'm Japanese) i can't believe i didn't realize this sooner... good times...
I can't chose which i like better... The original always has an advantage and this one is damn good with all the back ups and instruments but i also love the upbeatness in the k-on! version.
I am damn happy I finally found the orginal. After a decent amount of searching. Google doesnt seem to like things not in english.

Guess what EVA Unit-01 gets in the scene where this plays.
