I agree, actually. For some reason, I think all non-8-bit Mega Man songs tend to suck. In this case, it's especially bad because the guitar sound is so extremely generic. I have a cheap synth I got from my dad that has this exact guitar sound on it. It sounds nothing like a guitar, and even less like the wonderful crystal chime of the original.

Most "updated" MM songs seem to remix them into a different style altogether, which always makes them less fitting.
