Good points, however without criticizing your points, as they are really good; just raising the fact that sometimes big failures in marketing campaigns such as this can 'sometimes' lead to more brand awareness making it easier for the company involved to make a comeback, like their new campaign, which isn't completely successful but yet again had people talking about it and giving them free press by talking about the topic?
Interesting vid & you raise a good point but I do feel that YTers take themselves way too seriously. All we do is sit in front of the com all day and that's the same as sitting in front of the tv all day. The only difference is that the comments that we say when we watch tv such as, "gayyy!" and "douche!" and "FIRST!" get read by other people. Anything that gets featured is bound to be slammed - it's like a YT rule.
I know its sad, but what can you do alot of people is still having a hard time getting in touch with reality. And prolly they got insulted coz sumone had finally smack it on their face. Well, everybody does editing nowadays, even food advertisement they still photoshop fruits and vegetables. so sad
