Nice.. i just retunned my 34 Harmony archtop, but my strings are some medium weight Martin's, and they are too loose. I need to get on ebay and find a set of baritone strings for it!
Been into Andy Mckee, and now i gotta learn some of his stuff!
I make my baritone guitar strings by buying one set of acoustic guitar bass strings and one set of heavy guitar strings. I use the A, D, and G from the Bass set and the D, G and B from the guitar set in that order. Then I tune it A, D, G, C, E, A. You sometimes have to drill out the hole on the tuner post of the low E on a regular guitar to make it fit the A bass string.
Check out "La Bella" web site. You will find Baritone guitar strings.They have Light,Med,Heavy!! The ball-ends of bass strings are too big to be hooked on the tailpiece sometime. La Bella's are normal guitar ball-ends.

It is a regular guitar, strung and tuned as a Bari.
