  • this is very difficult to do, he is very strong. great endurance and strength

  • first hes not even doing it right he has to squat down not just lift it above his head and also he is using the wrong weights. Those are for rack exercises not platform.

  • doesn't have to squat down, just land on bent knees, his back needs more arching and he needs to explode when the bar is slightly above the knee.

  • you are lifting with your back first, you are going to injure yourself.

  • His technique isn`t perfect but I´m sure his back can take it and also that he knows what he is doing.
