Looks great man! Wondering if the front will fit back on after it was in? Is there enough room under the hood. I was wanting to make one these 502 55's.
@skatepunkzero i'm doing one right now we could have gone to 512 on mine but we left a it at 496 instead, i have a bds 8-71 blower for it. motor realistically is only costing me 8k including the blower and everything i just spent 1300 in parts ofr bottom end je turbo pistons rings everything for 450 on ebay at x-mas, and manley rods for 250, eagle 4340 int, bal crank for 600. that is cheap for bbc and billet 4 bm caps for 100.
@skatepunkzero i also got the bds 8-71 stage 2 blower off ebay for 2200 to the door, right at x-mas. first of teh year, people need money they unload. and it's polished everything. never run no clearance issues, everything was checked.if you buy as you go, which i will take longer of course, its cheaper,, i have patience so if my car takes me 4 -5 yrs to get done but is what i want then who cares, right,,,,
@prostreet55 I agree who cares as long as you love it. My grandfather did buy a 55 Chevy shell once for a project car but sold it a few years ago before it was finished. Right now I have a 350 89 S10.
