Prosecutors (lawyers), are licensed by the government. How long would it be before any prosecutor's license would be revoked for prosecuting any government official? They've allowed a few ex-officials to be prosecuted over the years, but only the ones that have exposed the system, and are considered a "liability".
Vince Bugliosi put Charles Manson behind bars for life with a case based on Manson's intent of malice aforethought... Manson never was accused of using his own hand in the Manson Family Murders , but Charles Manson was convicted for conspiring these murders in California. Mr. Bugliosi was a brilliant prosecutor then, and clearly is still to this day.
True! I've always had mixed emotions about that Manson case. Obviously, the ones who performed the murders should have been prosecuted, and were convicted. But Manson, as looney as he is, shouldn't have received the sentence he did. I still can't believe how easily influenced those morons were. They actually murdered because Manson told them to! That goes beyond stupid.
joe80dman I'm afraid you missed the point entirely. The conspirators are more guilty than their murderous minions. Hitler and the Nazis , and Al Capone and the Mob, both come to mind.
Fact is, we have NO accountabiltiy for BUSH CRIMES and None for the Obama Crimes... Vincent can't find one Prosecutor in the whole nation
who will appoint him long enough to NAIL BUSH & CHENEY.
