  • that's (mt)

  • @280strongsick Oy, the moving of water isn't a major factor and it becomes less of one the more you fill it with water. It doesn't hit special muscles you wouldn't otherwise hit.

My guess is, you'd use more "stabilizers" lifting full jugs of water that don't slosh around compared to lifitng a jug that's half full and does.

  • cmon you can't that kind of muscles with bottles.....

  • @mantuit0rul Bottles tend to be light, it is the weight of the water inside the bottles mantuit, and you certainly can if it's heavy enough, you use the right leverage, or the right reps.

  • Your forarms look like they have got steroids stuffed in em. . . Please these men are not natural! an All natural man can have more endurence than these unatural men!

  • I do these, but with a case of beer in each hand, and drink a bottle from each case, thereby allowing me to do descending sets.

  • camera mans having an orgasm haha!

  • is this a guy you train or what? he looks like the guy on your vid. Great vids btw keep it up

  • Wow, nice delts, dude.

  • roughneck, your the man!

  • Didn't he use to be fat

  • i see where you are going with this and i appreciate your hardwork and effort that you put toward these "gallons of water" videos. i understand the fact that a lot of people don't have access to a gym, can't afford a gym, or just doesn't like to workout in a gym because of various reasons. i think a reasonable ordinary person would be able to afford weights whether they can be bought new at a bargained price or a used sets of weights at a garage sale at an even better price, hopefully.

  • whatssss upppppp Tuan, how can i lean out?

  • these are sort of common sense lol

  • I don't see the point in showing how to do loads of different exercises using these gallons of water. I think most people should be able to use there own initiative and see that you can use these gallons to do various different exercises.

    I'm jus saying!

  • Sure it is obvious for you or I to be able to created different exercises with the gallons of water. But for the complete novice, they may have no idea how to do different variations of exercises with just one tool. You may have a solid education on how to train and a gym to go to to train, but you would be surprised how many emails I get in a day from those who do not have a gym, own no equipment, and never exercised before. This is my way of helping them

  • @roughneckasian You are the best man keep up the good work brother!

  • @roughneckasian Not to mention that doing them with jugs has some slight differences from using dumbbells (they're probably more similar to kettlebells) so seeing the vids can help us pick up on subtleties.

  • @Phatfarm1980 I think it's more to show that you don't even have to attend a gym or even use weights to get started (for the novice). You have to realize for a lot of people, they'll find ANY excuse not to go and latch onto it: I don't know the equipment to use, I don't have a gym membership, I'm afraid people will look at me, whatever. This is a great way to motivate people to take care of their health.

  • @Phatfarm1980 i started lifting everything in my house when i was boy... the best things was liquid bottles and gas ones... :)

  • good stuff, love the videos

  • i wish i could use that much momentum..

  • @steveteaches

Pff he's not using much momentum. Besides, his body shows he knows how to build a good body, so what's your problem? You want the same? :)
