Ok, fusion coils=obviously fusion which can creat gigantic ammounts of energy, even that small container, so the explosion of that would send the traffic cone flying at 250+ mph, but we don't really know that much about fusion only that it creates huge ammounts of energy probably at least 100x as much energy as whatever on this earth makes the most energy in its most vast quantity.
