I live in europe is there an ingredient in simichrome or 409 that is important for testing so i can look for a similar product?? We don't have either here in Germany
The clasp are beautiful... just an fyi you really should not use so much polish...just a teenie dab will do. If you polish it out alot with the simichrome the next person that tries it may not get a positive test....Oxidation causes the yellow wipe test so it might take another year or so before it will test positive again. LOVE THAT BAKELITE!
