nice video but unfortunately i feel it's propaganda. in 1986 i asked UCP for help getting a wheelchair for my 5 yr old son with severe CP and multiple disabilities, as i was still carrying him around, they hooked me up with some archaeic w/c over 30 yrs old. so i understand this struggle. UCP is a huge corporation and i'll jsut bet some big wig at that time was making a lot of money while giving out old w/cs and calling it good.
