If you actually watch "AIRPORT" with easyjet all their customer service staff are patronsing robots with no concept of give and take.....

I had to stop watching it because I was getting wound up with the "jobsworth" attitude most of the staff had.

OMG the first half of this skit literally happened to me on New Year's Day this past weekend!!!!!

EasyJet charged me 143GBP to be rescheduled onto a flight THE NEXT DAY because I was 3mins late to check in, because my connecting EasyJet flight was 3hrs late getting in.

Customer service accused me of being hostile and the manager asked me to come back in an hr when I'd calmed down.

I slept on the airport floor in -4degree weather w/ 40 other strangers in the same position.
