Actually, I've seen & heard a flamenco player improve the pattern & overall musicality.

Excelelnt. that is a unique style you got there with the right hand. You seem to add a bit more beat and tap into the rythim than Clarke. Excellent. the first barre chord is an Am chord. You just do an Fm shape on the 5th thread (looks like this guy is doing an F major shape instead which is wrong). Check out sbiras123. He has an instructional on this song that shows all the chords as well.
