They are void glasses, they see what came through the void, see, their all covered with background radiation, it gathers on them from time traveling, and they can all be victim to falling back ito the void if the rift is open again, everyone besides jackie tyler, becuase she never traveled i the tardis. So at the end of the episode, they open the rift back open, and all the cybermen and daleks are sucked in. Watch the rest to find out a better explaination, mine sucks....
