  • It's because of a great high school algebra prof that I became a science student and I have no regrets!! Instructors have a huge influence on their students' grades and future field of study; I wish more of them would take their jobs seriously enough to inspire the youth of this world.

  • talking about freon effecting o3 is chemistry....why is he teaching chemistry in PHYSICS. Same reason why he has a camera in his class. The corupt government is forcing the lecturers to teach what they want.....PROPAGANDER. The ozone is fine.....but he is being watched to see if he is feeding this bull to the very absorbant minds of the students.

    Dont belive the hype

  • I bet that after taking this course, most of those students wanted to change into a science/physics major. i would after learning all this fascinating knowledge if i dint know some of this things already.

  • Dang. I wanted to take Thursday off.

  • Anyone else feel robbed that they only discovered how fascinating the sciences can be AFTER the graduated high school?

  • I find physics very fascinating and i like watching these lectures but what i dont get is why i hated physics in my school.

    good vid, keep em coming!

  • @Trinitrotoluo they teach everybody how to fail. that's why.

  • @Trinitrotoluo because you have students who are mor interessted in polishing there nails or showing how cool they are and teachers who couldn't get into a research facility so they got stucked with teaching. So basicly they bore the f out of each other.

  • @Trinitrotoluo The because of the way it was thought to you.

  • @Trinitrotoluo

This professor has an amazing knack for explaining physics with real-world concepts. Watch other lectures on youtube, most profs will just toss out a bunch of abstract formulas and leave it to you to make sense of it or to just learn the formulas until you can parrot them. Huge difference, too bad there are few teachers like him.

  • ya theyre flooding the earth big deal... they probably have underwater cities... fuck the land people

  • *pauses*.... no

  • I'm not sure if it's true, but i wouldn't be surprised.

  • wow it's amazing how almost everyone of these videos teaches me something I can "use" on a daily basis.

...like I was told by a girl today how aerosols are so terribly bad for the ozone layer and she only uses "pump" type bottles. I fixed her. ^^

  • really an ozone layer you say? wow ill have to google this thing because its so obscure

  • O:!

  • good lecture :)

  • glenrich84- I'm just curious...how did you get good grades?

  • Yeah he smokes

    and sounds quite nasty

    good on you!

    Good Question

  • u aint hearin me, this all derived from me sayin i can smoke while learning at home, "chief good while learning" man, somethings explanations cant help

  • Smoking is bad

  • Smoking is good for my mind, but bad for my health.

  • Ok if you say!

  • its whole college classes in the tube!?!?!?!? why aint nobody tell me this. i cant afford to go to school, i wasnt the academic guru, i got good grades but just didnt make it.now i can chief good while learning. imagine that

  • well yeah but it's not like you can get a job with an education you got off youtube videos.

  • "well yeah, its not like u can get a job with blah, blah, blah"... douche!

  • wow. what a great insult. x.x seriously, wtf? I didn't even say anything mean or even slightly remotely bad. don't you understand english? I'm swedish and barely finished school myself yet my grammar and spelling seems to be better than yours.

    somethings schooling can't help, dude.

  • that's not what I said.

if you have to explain a joke it's not funny.

    and you're an idiot.

  • Does glenrich84 smoke

    You should not smoke

    it f***s you up.

  • how to save this vid?

  • just click on fav's below the video and it will be on your youtube vids as favs.

  • Muller needs to read up on Viktor Schauberger , and Nikola tesla :/

  • Camera man needs shot.

  • The polar vortex and PSCs have been implicated in connection with ozone depletion. How well is this mechanism understood?

  • Observing an incandescent light bulb as a dimmer switch is turned down works well at home for demonstrating changes in intensity and color with temperature.

  • Looks of good info I learned a lot in this lecture
