Indeed he may sound polished enough to be a president,but if he never took Schwartz airflow course he probably would not sound all that suave!
Dr Martin Schwartz teaches a course for treating stutterers with blocked vocal chords.
Andrew makes it look like he's cured as boasted by Schwartz course.
Andrew is probably cured because he could be the only student who completely mastered Schwartz course because his stutterings most likely were caused solely by vocal chord problems.
