As a 17 year old myself I understand what they are saying, and too certain extents they are correct. But as a young person there are opportunities, I understand that there are this kids in horrible situations. To re-alliterate the points made in this interview,
The only way the UK can get back on it's feet is to solve the source of the broken families, give them hope, and aspirations in life. What under privileged families, or incomplete families need is support and guidance so young people can be motivated and educated, instead of joining the benefits line. I say cut the benefits but introduce more community support for families that need it, and cut university fees for poorer families.
Both men raise some great points, the only shame was that at about 4:48 he mentions "10,11, 12 yr old young men". Umm how can a 10 yr old be considered a young man?
I am a single mother of two boys, aged 14 & 17.
Between10&12 yrs old they were still definitely little children needing lots guidance and discipline. If they are allowed out on the streets in huge numbers it is obviously a recipe for disaster. The parents need to be made accountable for their children's actions.

The black community need to condemn the criminal and immoral actions of the rioters but not condemn the individuals. we need to axamine the heart of the matter but being back and in poverty is not an excuse. To re-alliterate the points made in this interview,
The only way the UK can get back on it's feet is to solve the source of the broken families, give them hope, and aspirations in life. What under privileged families, or incomplete families need is support and guidance so young people can be motivated and educated, instead of joining the benefits line. I say cut the benefits but introduce more community support for families that need it, and cut university fees for poorer families.

Both men raise some great points, the only shame was that at about 4:48 he mentions "10,11, 12 yr old young men". Umm how can a 10 yr old be considered a young man?
I am a single mother of two boys, aged 14 & 17.
Between10&12 yrs old they were still definitely little children needing lots guidance and discipline. If they are allowed out on the streets in huge numbers it is obviously a recipe for disaster. The parents need to be made accountable for their children's actions.
