@nightverse depends on the outside temp, if its over 50 degrees or so i do take ice for the fish. In the summer, i brine them in ice water in pickle barrels or coolers.

They grow to larger sizes, yet we are unable to use any net larger than 4" meaning harvestation of larger striped mullets is illegal. You should gain some knowledge before you comment. that causeway dip, hate fishing around there, the Lone Cedar restaurant is right there and its a damn tease when you go for 30 hrs without eating !!!! They use fresh local caught seafood, only restaurant that does not use imported, owned by senator Marc Basnight's daughter , Vicky Basnight !!!! God their food is good and the Long Islands even better !!! lol Stop in for a couple once and a while makes for an interesting night mullet fishing, gotta jump and hit me in the head to see em !!!! lol
