i presumed because of the colour and burn rate that it was chlorate, nitrate and sugar is usually a bit more lively but that would depend on the ratio you used and any other chemicals present in the stump remover retarding the burn rate to some degree.

A lot of stump remover/killers are chlorate based as its an effective biocide in large concentration.

hopefully i aint bein' an asshole, but sugar makes it burn slower, the potassium nitrate makes the smoke and reaction to the ignition and also fir when burning the bomb. less kno3 to make a long story short
