  • @Jakeee81 Hey, how are you liking it, now you've had the chance to really try it out?

  • @gbabphoto its nice, just my camerea is to small for it lol!

  • HOLY F***....a field recorder demonstrated in the field...

nice one mate. this is one of the best reviews of a FIELD sound recorder on You Tube, how many time have i looked for a basic real world demo and all i find are men in suits in a building, not even using the recorder they are demonstrating.

  • @576ito1080p Thanks very much for your kind words.

You're right, though - so many 'reviews' are nothing more than clinical, static overviews. Surely people can only get a good idea of a product by talking to/listening to others who are putting those items through their paces in the real world, as they are intended.

Glad you enjoyed the video :)

  • Thanks for this. Very interesting to see how the case works with such a good quality recorder. :)

  • i stumbled upon this video and lowe and behold someone like myself , You took a field recorder OUTSIDE ....lol

not many videos on here do that it seems as if a field recorder is use in a studio all the time.

great test on the aquapak and the Edirol is a great little recorder.

  • I know - shocking, isn't it?! ;)

Undoubtedly it's great recorder in controlled conditions, but that is only applicable to my use of it half the time.

Got to hand it to Aquapac, too. Their products are great quality (no, I'm not paid for saying so), and it's no wonder they have such a large market share.

Glad you enjoyed the video! :)

  • 1:52 how dare you swear at us! :-D

On a serious note, how did you protect your vid camera?

  • Completely unintentional ;)

The video camera was protected on this occasion by a clear polythene bag, with only the end of the lens protruding.
