It is great to see Green concepts and initiatives well underway by Marriott but they need to pay a little more attention to hygiene as seen in this video. The US Public Health officials would have nightmares if they saw green apples classified as " Ready to Eat Foods " being made available in the open - uncovered and not protected by sneeze guards. Food for thought !!

Apples that are uncut don't need to be protected by plastic. Or we'd never be able to shop in the produce aisle of a grocery store!
