There`s only one shop I know that sells Tanglewood Guitars. Its a shop called "Crystal Music" I don't know if they have Tanglewood Master Design ones. But I`d be interested in one after watching this demo. I was wondering what is the action like on this model?
@xxPanteraxxx Ok I have set this one up as the action was medium height and i like it low. Its a question of trying a few I think. This guitar was bought in Guitar Village in London. I havent seen many of them any where else. It plays beautifully and has a LR baggs Ibeam pickup fitted + very good case
I am actually lookin to sell this one as Im going to get a lowden made for me so if your interested get back to me
Sounds good. I strongly recommend that you try an LR Baggs I-Mix. I started with a b band and it was alright. i screwed it up and had to get a new one. after hearing the i-mix the b band sounded like crap in comparrison. it's the best pickup there is. Get one.
great idea to test and introduce different guitars to the YT-audience. But I partly agree with Bernd. You should do both, record it with a good mike and simultaneously plugged in. Then you change from one to the other channel. That would be great!
Thanks for your help on this problem. I got Cubase today and Focusrite audio interface. Im goin to try this tomorrow . I will keep you posted on the progress.
wonderful rendition and a beautiful guitar too. I you plan to post more of this demonstrations, it would be great if you could record with a microphone. I think this would justify the sound of an acoustic guitar more than through a pickup. May be you can have this in mind next time.
So I am looking how to record video and sound into my PC , Using a mic. Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated. I would love to improve the quality of my videos and have more control over the sound. What do i need ?
what do you need? A computer program like Cubase, Logic, Garageband, ProTools, ..... an audiointerface with at least two channels for line-in and mic(preamp) like Focusrite, M-Audio, RME, Edirol ..... one or two good mics. You can record your video while recording your audio and later synchronize them in your computer and put them together. Hope that helped!
Hi Peter, the guitar sounds great, but that is your playing. If a master plays this guitar, it is great. For other people it's only a guitar. Very well done.

nice, sounds good. You realy added your own style because the picking is not realy the way tommy does it.

Nothing wrong with the B-Band pickups at all..
Any pickup is better when used with a mic onboard or in front
of the guitar.
If the B-Band is properly installed it has a much more natural bass response than
anything else out there.
It's all in the EQ.
Nice playing Peter.!
