  • so if you wanted to add effects on the drums would you do it on the audio before importing it to the EX24 or can we add effects on EX24 itself?

  • Cool video! I personally like to be able to key my drums, So I spread 5 or 6 samples across between C1 to C6, This gives you an easier access point to change pitch on individual hits, Takes more typing but once its done, Its great for workflow=)

  • sick video mate

  • how do you get the samples to the mixer ?

  • nice video ;)

  • Thanks for the great video!

  • anybody know how to render the fades to the audio files when you save them (before importing to exs)?

  • is there somewhere i can download these amazing. sick. brilliant samples?

  • good video.but i have a question. i have an axiom 25 midi controller and i sample a lot. since i have 8 pads on my axiom i want to use them to trigger samples. im able to chop them up and create a sampler track using the EXS24 sampler but how can u trigger them with pads? is there any way?

  • Nice tut Kellen

  • Awesome videos dude, thanks for the help

  • well done mate...I'm new at logic and I find it extremely usefull

  • Where are the audio files for sample instruments saved? I know the .exs files logic reads are in: application support>logic>sampler instruments.

The audio files logic uses are in the main project folder under audio files but what if I want to delete that project or something and use the instrument in another song?

  • Excellent video. Could you also show us how to sample a pitched sound and create an instrument from it?

  • Very good video. Could you tell me how to get these sounds you ended up with into Ultrabeat so I can start sequencing? Thanks

  • your mic sounds like your cutting wood. nice tutorial though!

  • Thank you!

  • That was pretty bad ass man. Thanks for your tutorials.

  • Fantastic stuff man, the tom sounds are better than what I get from some of the drummers I record.

  • Excellent tutorial. Love the idea of a 'Kitchen Kit' too.
