mate, you make some good points, and i'd agree with a lot of what you say free speach should be th right of everyone in the world, but you're accusing an entire religion, of about 1 billion people of being violent, hating free speach and basically being the source of all of the world's evil. The point is that the reaction is unwarranted. This isn't about insulting Islam, this is about the fact that Islam kills people in response to the slightest off-putting comment about that religion. That's not cool, and it can't be allowed in the modern world, and until the Muslims get their religion under control and put it in its place, protests such as Draw Mohammed Day are entirely necessary.

You can't be outside a religion or you get arrested and muslims get favored treatment. So it's easy to see why you would sign up as muslim and stay home from the mosque. Also there is plenty of bombs being sent around in Jakarta now and some parts actualy start to scream for sharia..
