Please note comment several lines below - while this short WAS shown in the movie theaters with the original movie, it was included on the Laser Disc version ONLY. When I was converting Laser Disc content to DVD (that was not available commercially) I did the conversion and figured, since Disney DID not make it available AT ALL, they are not losing any money by it being posted on YouTube.
The boy doesn't look very happy when playing the video game, but he looks elated when riding his horse. I bet a lot a kids these days could find a lot more fun things to do if they stopped texting and playing the wii 24-7. There's more to life than just technology.
I always feel sad whenever I see "created at Disney/MGM Studios" in the end-credits of a piece of Disney animation. Great find though! Thanks for sharing.
Another one not often found is the multi-language version of the Circle of Life from the Lion King. (The multi-language version of Hakunah Matata is on the 2disk version of Lion King, but the multi-language version of the Circle of Life is missing?)

I find it odd that kid's hand aiming the gun at the TV are rendered in CGi, while the kid himself is animated traditionally in pencil.

@MrJohnnyv1993 I don't have "The Best of Roger Rabbit" VHS
andrewvickers1992 1 month ago
It was not on the VHS, it was replaced by a Little Richard music video

Neither. It is because it is NOT available on DVD or Blu Ray that I felt it was ok to post it on YouTube. (I took it from a Laser Disc).

Poor kid can't decide if he's computer or hand drawn animation.

Oh yeah, I remember this. This was a disney short, which showed before "Honey I'blew up the kid," started, if you saw it in theaters.

Do You Notice The Irony Of This Cartoon?
The Old Fashioned Toy being the rocking horse is designed in CGI, the New Fashioned Animation.
