Just go to Trader's Joe or any other organic shop and try to find grass fed cheese, butter and milk and you'll be getting amazing benefits out from those products.

I love the new commercials that promote the "healthy" oils unlike butter. I'm assuming they mean partially hydrogenated oils. You know, the ones that have been shown to cause heart disease and raise the bad levels of what? Cholesterol, that's right. Your body knows what butter is, NOT partially hydrogenated oil. I love the title you gave it, though. Very appropriate.
