What I see is about 9 other people standing around and about 7 other cars parked in front of and behind the news vehicle. This arrogant PO ordered no one else to move/leave. The evidence is that both reporter and cameraman were detaind for 1 hr. then released "within minutes" after being taken to the regional command center.
