Sounds pretty fair. Thanks for adding to the collection of speedbag material for YouTube. Yours is speedbag 101. You did clarify the basic 1,2,3 routine, good. One thing though, lose that mount set up or anchor it somehow because it is shaky and that messes up one's timing. Don't get me wrong, it could also sharpen your timing by being more elusive.
