@downeyfan20 You must be farther out than 3 miles (this includes any piece of land). After permit have been harvested you are no longer allowed to spearfish in state waters while they aboard the vessel, meaning you cannot stop in state waters to spearfish on the way in. Not sure on the bag limit as I only have the desire to shoot 1 a day.

Yes in state waters. This wreck is located in federal waters (+3miles from shore).
