Okay, taking the chance of being hated by all the internet... 'The Constant' is soooo overrated in my opinion. It's made of pure cheesy love and that's just so... er... okay, I'll stop here. It just bugs me how everyone seems to love the episode and I totally don't get it. Sorry if someone feels offended, just needed to say it.

@Kato86 okay.. i know what you mean.. but i too think this is just one of the greatest scenes in lost. because the relationship between penny and des is the only relationship in lost to deserve such an episode.. cause they are not like kate x sawyer x jack x juliet like... "fuck jack i'll go with sawyer.... (5 min later) ok fuck sawyer i'll go with jack instead" know what i mean?

season 5, you asked this a year ago. bascically desmond is dying, and hes goin back and forth in time, so he convicnces her to give him his her number 8 years ago. inorder for him to survive, he has to see something he loves in the present. so he calls her, she actually picks up after being divorced, and thus he survives

I think this one show with Penny, was

complete and stands on it's own. It
