My company looked at that space atop Amici's just prior to YouTube taking it, and we passed on it because there was rat traps everywhere, and Rat poop and pee all over the chairs and furniture. In fact, we purchased all the cubicles and the 'clean' chairs that were there and moved em to our new space on El camino in San Mateo. I still have a hard time looking at some of the chairs we purchased.
