I wish various artis would do a turibute CD of Dottie's songs, I just discovered them, as the lord told me I was sheltered in his arms during a family trial (really), and thought there was a song, and that is weird as I never listen to southern gospel back in her day, as I said before I asked a man if he knew of a song , and since he sang it I have been listening to dottie's songs on you tube, I am going to sing Tears hopefully next Sunday at church, LOve Love Love that one

On New Year's Eve my husband and I with some friends of ours watched Dottie's tribute. To some people that might seems to be a strange way to end the year but it was wonderful. As we watched and listened to her songs and then listened to those who loved and knew her we felt God's presence in the room. Dottie will be so remembered by many and we will hear her sing her songs when we meet with her and our Lord in heaven

I could not agree more with everyone's comments, as I read them about the greatest of all, Miss Dottie Rambo. I really agree especially with Laura, Jayden, Kevin and Cbkems. The rest of the comments were right on too. Everyone's comment's were so loving and kind. There is no doubt, Dottie was well loved. She is home with Jesus, writing songs for the Heavenly choir now. Dottie's back will never hurt her again. We will see Dottie again, I cannot wait for that day, to hear her sing again.

Yes, she wrote the great song "If that isn't love". Elvis was going to do an album of her songs (the paperwork was in motion) before his untimely death. At least we have the one song recorded. She was a great song writer.

Today, my sweet mother June requested that "Sheltered in the arms of God" by Dottie be played at her funeral when she dies. Still, I think that my mom has been touched by the passing spirit of Rambo. Bless them both.
