  • @skataboii50 Its actually around 300 average, on a real server with more people though it's usually around 150-200

  • Only just noticed the vid, but its absolutely correct, the showing of the hitboxes isnt lag compensated. So indeed its right, the command used to show the avatars isnt showing them correctly. Theres client side prediction, server side prediction, and lag compensation on both client and server, couple this with pings times, and its easy to see why not every single shot is going to be perfect reg.

  • That whole misconception was why they removed the command, wasn't it? I seem to remember reading something about that. (and I know this video's old, just mentioning something I recalled seeing is all)

  • Could you do one with l4d (or l4d2 maybe) on hunter hitboxes? After they patched the right click hits I never figured out when exactly you should start hitting to push back a pouncing hunter

  • Melee is different on l4d2, seeing as the angle is tighter (45 degrees I believe, instead of 90) and the "duration" of the melee is shorter. I don't play l4d1 anymore really, so probably not. I got a video coming up on how to deny chargers with melee weapons though, if you're interested.

  • @notToast go into model viewer or faceposer open up a model and click the hitbox tab

  • 33.3ms = yellow lerp = bad interpin

    40ms = white lerp = epic interpin :)

  • also any yellow lerp on net_graph 3 is badz :(
