These types of astronomical pictures, views, etc. whatever you want to call them, are one of the very rare things that both fascinates and usually gets to me on an emotional level as well.
To whoever and everyone that are involved in producing these "Pictures of week" videos please, please keep up your excellent work!

We need to stop this frivolous star gazing and put our energy, money and resources into building a truly robust and self sufficient colony on the moon.
Possibly by mining Helium3 to fuel a new breed of truly safe nuclear reactors on the earth we can more than pay back the expense such a Moon colony would cost.
Then from the moon we can easily launch exploration vehicles all throughout the solar system since the gravity of the moon is only one fifth that of earth and has no atmosphere.
I understand your point. I do believe, though, that establishing a permanent lunar colony is going to be staggeringly more expensive than our current space-based astronomy budget; do correct me if I'm wrong.
And yet it costs a fraction as much money to view these amazing astronomical objects and advance science as it would to build and maintain such a colony.
if you think it's so easy, why don't you design a moon colony then? It has to be able to withstand all kinds of dangers, dangers that have partly been detected and discovered with.... STARGAZING!
this video is very educative ...
