But to be fair, most older metal bands still sound awesome live. Decades of touring must just burn it all into their heads to the point where they can play everything perfectly without even thinking about it. Maiden's definitely another band that can.

i saw them perform this at their SBIT tour may 31st, 2008 irvine meadows.<3 bruce can still hit those high notes, even though he stays away from them in this video. the guitar was FABULOUS. i was disappointed when i heard the recording after that night. the version there is so much better.

They were talking about releasing this on dvd officially a couple of years ago. My guess is that they'll do it after the next album and tour, and make it the 3rd part of the History-stuff. They could've included useable parts of the only SIT-show that was filmed with proper cameras.. They can't repeat the 1980-1989-tour they did last year, though.. but perhaps include songs like Caught Somewhere in Time, Infinite Dreams, Stranger in a Strange Land and Seventh Son in their set list some time.
