Liam is singing all of this, Back in 93 liam could have no problems reaching falsetto, Liam only moulded his voice into what it became famous for in the years to come, this is an early liam. In the boardwalk liam would have taken that whole song and ripped straight through it because he was the lead singer. Its not out of the question that it could be noel on the 'you and i will live forever' but there voices weren't as far away from each other back in them days. But i'd say liam all the way.

Liam is singing lead vocals, definitely. Noel comes in at the end of the chorus "you and I are gonna live forever".

Liam must have been 18 or 19 when this was recorded, that´s why his vocals sound so different. And the recording equipment was probably shit compared to the ones used after they became pros, so a lot of the sound wavelengths of the vocal tracks are not even captured on tape.
