is A? or b Bemol ? because Our bagpipes are tuned in B Bemol....which is the note tuned for this tenor drum ?

My friend is a tenor drummer (snare and basic tenor myself), and he learned this by himself. Haha.

MORE!!! MORE!!!! If you get a spare year or so, post our circle sets! My goal this summer is to learn our circle sets and improve my sticking and flourishing. You'll, of course, be instrumental to my success! I need ALL the help I can get!
