@NiMiLad Yes, It IS about Ray Harryhausen, and effectively says so at the end of the video. The creator of the monster in the video looks a bit like Ray Harryhausen, and the creature looks like a cross between Harryhausen's Ymir from his "20 Million Miles to Earth" and the cyclops from his "7th Voyage of Sinbad". It shows how Harryhausen created his creatures and the movement of the creature uses the same model animation techniques. It's all an obvious and very well done Harryhausen tribute.
