Anyone knows the story behind the three hole puncher??

@LostBoysReunion it's an old cast joke. one of the writers wanted to write "three hole punch," instead of "three hole puncher," because s/he thought it was funnier. neither line is very funny, though, so the cast started making that a running joke. somebody would say "three hole punch(er)" and everybody else would collapse in laughter, and then just keep going like normal.

the gag began with a script written by Tim Meltregr, which included a joke about a threehole punch. Roday misspoke the line as "three-hole puncher". Meltregr called for a cut and raced onto the set insisted that Roday read the line as scripted, because "Three-hole punch is *way* funnier than three-hole puncher!" it became a running joke on the set: som1 says the words "three-hole punch" while shooting and the cast and crew all pretend to laugh as if it's the funniest thing they've ever heard

i think i figured out the "little bit of bacon" thing at the end. in the deleted scenes for the reunion episode, when shawn is talking to the losers, the indian one says "perhaps a little bit of bacon" like they did at the end.

Yeah it's kind of an inside joke. The 3 hole punch thing came from one of the writers, Tim Meltreger. While shooting the derby episode, Tim argued pretty vigorously that the term "3 hole punch" was funnier that "3 hole punchER." So all during filming, someone would try to work "3 hole punchER" into the scene and everyone would pretend to laugh hysterically. Basically they're just trying to bust his chops. ;-)
