The eng.version is still on petition and still pending yet capcom haven't decided it so meaning.. no MHP2G will be released.. but.. If you have CFW you can just download a MHP2G and use an English Patch to make it eng. just the others have here..

yea some weapons dont even transfer to part 2 so u get tickets but some of ur materials do and that makes it much easier for u to create strng weapons early in the game to help again some hard to beat monsters at ur level. but yea i love the serioes but only got he 2 psp versions. message me if anything about da game i aint that high leveled im only HR 2 and done wit most of the chief quests. juss gotta kill lunastra and do the rest of the urgent quests.

Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G is a lot of better because its like MHF2 with an addon. there are more armors weapons, monster and new features. but you can start a new game there too. so with MHP2ndG you have MHF2+ and so its better^^

I'm not sure bout your country, but in mine, everyone just goes to any local shop that sells a psp and other game related stuff to modify their firmware. cost about $30 here, which is about 20 USD. Also, I'm sure there are some tutorials in Youtube that shows you how to modify it. So yeah, hope that helps.
