Hello, I am collecting signatures for a petition against the ACTA (anti counterfeiting trade agreement) which if passed will make it so that the net is no longer legally neutral, copyright infringement will be a criminal matter instead of civil, and any third party could have you arrested or your internet blocked if you infringe on copyrights (even if they have no proof).
