Kinda wish they'd spend their time reanimating DBZ like this, rather than making goofy, although entertaining, movies. Give me a Blu-ray, reanimated, Funimation-dubbed, Bruce Falconer scored, and less repetitive box set of Dragonball Z seasons 1-9. I would buy them, no question. And I don't think I'm alone.

@kr1spness They cleaned it up a little, edited the pacing, and re-voiced it, yeah. But I don't mean just cleaning up the original, I mean making new animations. The original DBZ was animated back in the 80's and it's gotten a lot better over the years. I think a more modern, fast-paced animation style would suit the series pretty well.

And I'm not sure that Kai is more kid friendly, because I think Kai uses words like"bastard" that were not there originally.
