ALOT of our history was recorded by ancient chinese travelors. they recorded our kingdom was vast througout south east asia overlapping even burma. the chinese also recorded our traditions, dances, and art (this was before siam migrated into southeast asia). the mongols even wrote about our great kingdom which they cannot defeat. if the history our own khmer people wrote on the walls for the younger generations wasnt even enough for you. do more research dig deeper into your roots.

i have seen the books made of bananna leaves and while they are very impressive and admirable, they were only used to write Buddhist sutras, not record history, and they arent terribly old, they are maybe one hundred or two hundred years old only

i trained in vietnam and we are releasing some vietnamese martial arts videos as well as more khmer ones. the vietnamese martial art is Viet Vo Dao or Vo Vienam. it is not an original art. it is a composite art, invented in 1926 and has elements of korean, japanese, and khmer style. but i really enjoy it and wish more vietnamese would practice that instead of tae kwan do.

Thats not true. But the Okinawaians tradeded information on martial arts with China and Southeast Asia as a result of maritime trade. Some Okinawa Kobudo weapons originate from Southeast Asia.

use to be there are 5 Cambodia master in LB Kim bengky, San Kimsean Chet Sovoeun, Om mary and Sam Nou. the two big famous master is Om mary and Sam Nou those two master always well known in Cambodia community they gave a lot demonstration on Cambodia new year or any Cambodia special event. Kim bengky quit, San Kimsean moved back to Cambodia Om mary still around Chet Savoeun Hes back train in CAA master sam nou disappear I heard he is in Westwood not too sure. but no1 there really know bokator.

San Kim Sean isn't the only kru in Cambodia, he isn't even the only kru in Phnom Penh. There are at least 15 kru who rate "Master" in Cambodia.
So instead of hating him for being successful, why don't you get out there and see what's going on and do your bit for the so-called "Real Bokator"?

oh yea if u want more third party views there are alot of books from france about our great khmer empire they became interested in our culture when they colonized cambodia, their research is based on archealogical evidence, there are also many books written here about south east asia and researches such as anthony grafetto is a third party view. the history channel here in america for example made a couple videos about khmer empire which is also a third party view..

1) Thai leaders claimed that Khmer Preah Vihear Themple belong to Thailand.
2) Thai actress claimed that Khmer Angkor Wat belong to Thailamd.

Everybody has their own seft-interest involve when they write history, Everybody. ALOT of our history was recorded by ancient chinese travelors. they recorded our kingdom was vast througout south east asia overlapping even burma. the chinese also recorded our traditions, dances, and art (this was before siam migrated into southeast asia). the mongols even wrote about our great kingdom which they cannot defeat. if the history our own khmer people wrote on the walls for the younger generations wasnt even enough for you. do more research dig deeper into your roots.

infact The earliest reports over the kingdoms of the Khmer can be found in Chinese travel reports.The name 'Fu Nan', the name given to the kingdom by the Chinese, was derived from the Cambodian word phnom or mountain. if u dont like reading there are history videos of cambodia here such as "digging for the truth" made by an america who is a third party version talking about the chinese written accounts of the great khmer empire. if that not enough than yes everything was built by aliens

The only written record of angkor, apart from the carvings on the walls, is a single document written by a visiting chinese monk, named Chou Da Gwan (several other spellings for his name exist) its only about 40 pages of text. but that is the only written history of that time period

i have seen the books made of bananna leaves and while they are very impressive and admirable, they were only used to write Buddhist sutras, not record history, and they arent terribly old, they are maybe one hundred or two hundred years old only

the whole of french indochina, lao, cambodia, and vietnam was ruled as a single french colony with the capitol in saigon. only vietnam actively fought the frnech and won. then in the paris pease accords, lao and cambodia were split off from vietnam. this is how kampuchea krom was lost. please read your history, you really dont know it.

Pen Sovann was in the Viet jail, but he was released and now he still lives free in Cambodia. If Pen Sovann did not help Vietnam invading Cambodia, he would be killed by the Viet long time ago.
The Cambodia resistance forces leaded by Sihanouk and Son San at the border fighting against the CPP and the Viet forces in Cambodia until the UN forced Vietnam out of Cambodia and the UN forced all the Khmer leaders to sit down and accepted the UN peace resolution.

The UN DID NOT force the Viets out of Cambodia. The Viets had already decided to leave, which is why they allowed the UN to negotiate the Paris Peace Accords of 1992. The Viets left in 1989.
The KR did not accept the "UN peace resolution" as you call it, they withdrew from the UNTAC election and continued the civil war until 1998.

But if one or two of the five using their veto power against the three, its not the UN responsible anymore and that was the Iraq war case. The US and the UK used their veto power against China, France and Russia who opposed the Iraq war and thats why you dont see the UN forces in Iraq.

Samdech Son Sann was a Kampuchea Krom who led the KPNLF, also the BLDP after Paris '92 and a long time before that he was Director of the National Bank and also PM.
His military commanders were Gen Sak Satsukhan (dec) and Gen Dien Del.
I have taught Dien Del's son.
Samdech Son Sann's son Soubert is a member of the Constitutional Council.

Ieng Sary was living in a villa in Phnom Penh from his surrender (Hun Sen called it a "defection") in '96 until his arrest by the Royal Gendermerie on a warrant issued by the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (Khmer Rouge Tribunal to you). He did not surrender himself to the tribunal.
Ta Mok was arrested in 1999 and placed in military detention, where he died in 2006 without ever being charged by the UN Khmer Rouge Tribunal.

Pol Pot never surrendered to the RGC because he died of a heart attack while the KR held him prisoner themselves. Fuck you are not only ignorant but stupid as well.
Khieu Samphan was not invited to PP by HS.
KS and Son Sen went to PP as part of UN Election process in 1993.
That's when the people of Phnom Penh kicked them out. Before '94 election.
Pol Pot executed Son Sen and family and was then put on trial by Ta Mok. He died before Ta Mok was captured.

No, bangaii, the KR troops do not rule Paillin today. The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces are stationed in Paillin and security is provided by the National Police Secretariat. If Hun Sen didn't dare do anything against them why did the Gendarmerie Royale have no problems when they went there and arrested Khieu Samphan and Nuon Chea for the UN?

i trained in vietnam and we are releasing some vietnamese martial arts videos as well as more khmer ones. the vietnamese martial art is Viet Vo Dao or Vo Vienam. it is not an original art. it is a composite art, invented in 1926 and has elements of korean, japanese, and khmer style. but i really enjoy it and wish more vietnamese would practice that instead of tae kwan do.
