my local best buy didnt sell zune when i was looking to compare and anyways zune is like a new product no one wants it because is undeveloped some ppl might try it buy apple has been doing this for a while and know how to do things right, as in the video they say THANK YOU for buying, if just want a zune for just music and movies its more then enough but if u want more then you need an ipod, ipods have bunch of movies on their itunes store a bunch of apps games songs and a hell lot more
