Why is it/ For example - at this moment I need to kill stray dog and I have one in front of me, but when I press Q to take out the swird - nothing happens! Same if I press Z or X or C! I think that this game is a great way to attractively promote our Slavonic culture and folklore, for the game, just as Sapkowski's books are pretty much based on it. For example we have the richest vampire legends so Hollywood owns us one:) Too bad we selves don't know much about our mythology...

Well, English translation really isnt good (pretty bad, actually) but its because Sapkowski uses words that you can translate very hard, so unless you know at least similar language to Polis (slavic, e.g. russian, czech,...) you have no way of hearing some catch-phrases in a way that they were intended to be heard, best example is when Zoltan Chivays talks with Geralt about progress ("Progress is like a herd of pigs..."), it just doesnt work when translated to english...

Geralts destiny as a Witcher was to protect simple peasants who can't fight for them self from monsters living in swamps, caves and other strange places, where usualy you can find a peasant.

You can't say he was an antihero just beacouse he takes money for his work.

Just think about that - a fireman, who carried a woman out of flames is a hero afterall, even though, he gets paid for every month of work.

If you really read the book you'd see that Geralt actually did it for free sometimes when the peasants told him they had no cash. He would do it just because he had sworn in and had responsibility to protect these people. It gets worse - sometimes they would even drive him out of the place without paying even a dime. The song is called 'Hero', about someone who is strictly out to protect the good of all and such. Geralt is an anti-hero, he looks out for himself and what would best benefit him, though his actions may resault in being somewhat "heroic".

Don't get your panties in a knot boy, the video is good and the song/video mix really well. I simply stated that when you think about it, the song + Geralt don't exactly mix.
